Sim Local has built an extensive retail presence since its inception in 2011. We provide local operator plans to Intercontinental travelers to help keep them seamlessly connected.

Our network consists of a number of retail stores, vending machines, shop in shops and affiliate partnerships throughout the world.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Line Manager and Operations Team with any ad-hoc projects and requests

  • Support Line Manager with tasks like: scheduling, performance tracking, H&S, store and fixtures snagging list, etc

  • Set Objectives and be responsible for day to day running of the retail stores

  • Work alongside with Line Manager on strategies to achieve store targets while maintaining and improving store morale and enthusiasm

  • Ensure all stores are following the correct retail standards set up by SIMLocal

  • Monitoring employee performance and recognising training needs

  • Monitoring sim sales ratio

  • Ensure store meet statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety

  • Stock management
