We constantly check prices from the UK’s top 10 eSIM retailers – even during their promotions – so you don’t have to.

We’ll match lower prices, including promotions (as long as they meet our criteria).
We’ll also match our own price drops if they happen within 7 days of your purchase.
If you’ve found a lower price per GB on a qualifying eSIM plan, here’s what to do:
1. Take a screenshot of the competitor’s offer and ensure it shows:
- Price
- Plan duration and data allowance
- Retailer name and product availability
2. Email it to our Customer Services team along with:
- Your Sim Local order number
- Any promo we’re currently running (if relevant)
3. We’ll review your request and aim to respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
