Refer at least one friend and you're entered into a draw for €500 cash. One entry per referral. Entries close 11 December; the draw takes place on 15 December.

- Who is eligible to earn?
All registered Sim Local customers get a unique referral link — share it with your friends. Every time someone joins as a new customer and completes a qualifying purchase (min order £/€/£/$/€20) through your link, you earn £/$/€5.
- What do my friends get when I refer them?
20% off their eSIM. The discount is applied automatically at checkout through your link.
- When can I claim a voucher?
Once you've referred at least 2 friends (£/$/€10), email referafriend@simlocal.com with your total to claim a voucher for your next Sim Local purchase.
- When can I claim cash?
Once you've referred at least 5 friends (£/$/€25), you can choose cash instead. Same email, same process.
- What happens after I claim?
Your referral count resets to zero, and you start earning again from your next referral. There's no limit to how many times you can go through the cycle
- How many people can I refer?
As many as you like — there's no limit, and you earn £/$/€5 for every one of them.
- How do I request a claim?
Email referafriend@simlocal.com with your current total once you've hit 2 (voucher) or 5 (cash) referrals .
- How do I track my referral balance?
We'll email you every time a referral comes through, so you always know your running total.
- How do I enter the €500 draw?
Automatically — refer one friend before 11 December and you're in. One entry per referral.. The draw is on 15 December
- Anything I shouldn't do?
No self-referrals or fake accounts. Abuse of the programme may lead to cancelled rewards and account suspension. 🙁
- Why can't I get my referral link in the Sim Local App?
For now, Refer A Friend is only on mobile and desktop web. Log into your Sim Local account on web, copy your link and share however you please.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The programme is open to all registered Sim Local users. Learn more about the Refer a Friend programme here.
- How to earn: When someone uses your referral link, they get 20% off their eSIM, applied automatically at checkout. When they complete their qualifying purchase (min £/$/€20), you earn £/$/€5 toward your referral balance.
- Claiming a voucher: Once your balance reaches £/$/€10 (2 referrals), email to request a voucher for your next Sim Local purchase. Your balance resets to zero once the voucher is issued.
- Claiming cash: Once your balance reaches £/$/€25 (5 referrals), you can request cash instead of a voucher, sent to your account. Your balance resets to zero once the cash is paid out.
- Multiple referrals: There's no limit to how many friends you can refer; you earn £/$/€5 for each successful referral, indefinitely.
- €500 prize draw: Every registered user who refers at least one friend between 22 September and 11 December is entered into a draw for €500 cash, drawn on 15 December. One entry per referral.Restrictions: The referral programme prohibits abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to self-refer. Sim Local reserves the right to cancel any rewards and close the accounts of those suspected of abuse.
- When does the referrer get their reward? As soon as the referred friend completes their purchase, the £/$/€5 is added to the referrer's balance. We'll email a balance update every time a new referral comes through.
- When does the new customer get their discount? The referred friend gets 20% off their eSIM, applied automatically at checkout through the referral link.
