- Who is eligible to earn rewards?
All registered Sim Local customers can earn get a unique referral link - share with your friends. If they join as a new customer and complete their first purchase over £/€/$20, you earn £/€/$5.
- What do my friends get when I refer them?
When your friends join Sim Local using your unique referral link, they will receive 10% off their first eSIM, (min order £/€/$20). The discount is applied automatically at payment.
- When do I get my reward?
Once your friend completes their first eSIM purchase of £/€/$20 or more, you will be credited with £/€/$5 in your referral balance. We share your balance with you weekly.
- Is there a minimum amount I need to withdraw cash?
Yes—once your referral balance hits £/€/$25, you can request a withdrawal. Payments are processed on the first Wednesday of each month.
- How many people can I refer?
As many as you like! There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer—and you’ll earn for each successful one. However, you can only earn on new customers and only on their first purchase.
- How do I request a withdrawal?
When you have over £/€/$25 accumulated, you canclick here to request a withdrawal and we’ll send it to your account. Withdrawals are processed on the first Wednesday of every month.
- How do I track my referral balance?
You’ll get a weekly email update showing your current referral balance and any new rewards earned.
- Anything I shouldn’t do?
No self-referrals or fake accounts. Abuse of the program may lead to cancelled rewards and account suspension. 🙁
- Why can't I get my referral link in my Sim Local App?
For now, Refer A Friend is only on mobile and desktop web. You can log into your Sim Local account on web, copy your link and share however you please.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The program is open to all registered Sim Local users.
- How to earn: When someone uses your referral code, they get 10% off their first purchase (min order £/€/$20). This is automatically applied at checkout. When they complete their first eSIM purchase, you'll receive £/€/$5 CASH in your balance. When you have over £/€/$25 accumulated, you can request a withdrawal and we’ll send it to your account. Withdrawals are processed on the first Wednesday of every month.
- Usage of Rewards: Earned referral value will be stored and once a minimum value of £/€/$25 has been earned, a withdrawal of funds can be requested. This withdrawal will be processed on the first Wednesday of the month. The balance at the time of withdrawal request will be the amount withdrawn unless otherwise specified.
- Multiple referrals: There's no limit to how many friends you can refer; you earn rewards for each successful referral.
- Minimum amount spend to earn reward: The first transaction value must be greater than £/€/$20 to earn the £/€/$5 award. You can only earn on new customers and only on their first transaction.
- Restrictions: The referral program prohibits abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to self-refer. Sim Local reserves the right to cancel the payments of any awards and close accounts of those suspected of abuse.
- When does the referrer gets their reward? You will get your reward after the new customer you referred makes their first purchase of greater than £/€/$20. We will circulate a reward balance statement weekly by email.
- When does the new customer gets their award? The new customer will get 10% off their first purchase if it is greater than £/€/$20 value. This discount will automatically be applied at checkout and can only be used once.
