Commercial Administrative Executive
About the Role
We're looking for a forward-thinking Commercial Administrative Executive to join our growing travel tech company. Supporting our commercial network and operator leads, you'll play a key role across the full commercial lifecycle — from pre-contract planning through to post-contract delivery. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with strong organisational skills, making it ideal for someone with a background in sales, business development, or account management who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue & Product Management
- Help maintain network price lists, product catalogues, plan management, and contract terms in close coordination with the commercial team.
- Set up new products accurately and on time, ensuring catalogue data integrity and alignment with commercial agreements.
- Keep databases and project plans up to date, managing the critical path for suppliers and products.
Website Merchandising
- Oversee product ordering, tagging, and online merchandising to ensure effective trading in line with business KPIs.
- Support the implementation of network marketing plans through strong product presentation and categorisation.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of digital and in-store campaigns, including seasonal promotions, takeovers, and promotional pricing.
Network & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain strong supplier and operator relationships to ensure smooth logistics, supply chain execution, and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers to gather key information such as lead times, production constraints, and promotional plans to support demand planning.
- Work with operator and network external marketing teams to execute campaigns and point-of-sale activity for retail stores.
- Raise and track invoices, including recharging to networks where applicable.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on commercial performance, sales metrics, and market developments — including network splits, corridor performance, and plan analytics — using Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Produce regular sales reports for suppliers and management, alongside competitive pricing and market trend analysis.
- Support margin and mix tracking, and contribute to monthly and weekly sales data preparation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, retail, affiliates, and finance teams to align on priorities and ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Take meeting minutes and relay actions to relevant team members as needed.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
- This is an entry role but experience in sales, business development, or marketing would be an advantage. Experience in telecoms, tech, or a start-up environment is also a plus.
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems, ecommerce CMS, or merchandising tools is advantageous.
What We Offer
- Salary: €18,000 – €22,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Hybrid working with a central Dublin office or remote working depending on location.
- 21 days annual leave + an additional day’s annual leave for each complete year worked subject to a maximum of 25 days per year.
- Pension Scheme
- Referral Scheme
