As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and self-driven Content & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our content initiatives across multiple channels.

This role reports directly to the Head of Affiliate Marketing and will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through high-quality content execution.

 

Role Overview 

We are looking for a highly autonomous Content & Social Media Specialist who can independently manage content creation, planning, and execution across social media, blog, email marketing, affiliate campaigns, and other digital channels.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, proactively identifies opportunities, manages priorities effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality work without requiring constant supervision.

The ideal candidate loves creating content, stays ahead of digital trends, understands audience behavior, and can transform ideas into engaging content that supports both brand and commercial objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Content Strategy & Execution

·       Own the planning, creation, and execution of content across social media, blogs, email marketing, affiliate campaigns, and other digital channels.

·       Develop content that supports brand awareness, product launches, seasonal campaigns, affiliate initiatives, and business growth objectives.

·       Transform campaign briefs and business goals into engaging, high-performing content.

·       Proactively identify content opportunities and contribute creative ideas that align with company objectives.

·       Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Social Media Management

·       Create, schedule, publish, and optimize content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.

·       Stay informed about platform updates, social media trends, and new content formats.

·       Test new content approaches and creative concepts to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

·       Monitor community engagement and support social media growth initiatives.

 

Creative Production

·       Design and edit social media assets, short-form videos, graphics, and marketing materials.

·       Create platform-specific content optimized for audience engagement.

·       Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative platforms.

·       Adapt content across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.

 

Blog & SEO Support 

·       Write and optimize blog content aligned with SEO best practices.

·       Conduct basic keyword research and content gap analysis.

·       Support organic growth initiatives through content marketing.

·       Ensure content is optimized for both user engagement and search visibility.

 

Email Marketing Support 

·       Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.

·       Create and adapt content for email campaigns, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

·       Collaborate on campaign launches involving email and social media.

·       Assist in monitoring email campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.

 

Performance Analysis & Optimization 

·       Monitor content performance across channels.

·       Analyze engagement, traffic, reach, and conversion metrics.

·       Generate insights and recommendations to improve future content performance.

·       Use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize content strategies.

 

Required Skills & Experience Experience

·       2+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.

·       Proven experience creating and managing content across multiple digital channels.

·       Demonstrable portfolio showcasing social media content, blog articles, campaigns, or creative projects.

·       Experience managing content calendars and delivering projects on time.

·       Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple ongoing priorities.

 

Content & Creative Skills

·       Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.

·       Excellent understanding of social media content formats and audience behavior.

·       Ability to independently create content from concept through final delivery.

·       Experience creating short-form video content and visual assets.

·       Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.

 

Technical Skills

·       Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.

·       Familiarity with social media scheduling and management platforms.

·       Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

·       Understanding of content performance metrics and reporting.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

·       Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

·       Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.

·       Experience working with travel, technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or eSIM-related products.

·       Experience using analytics tools to measure content performance and campaign effectiveness.

 

Communication

·       English proficiency: C1–C2 (Mandatory).

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Comfortable working in an international environment where meetings, presentations, and daily communication are conducted entirely in English.
