As we continue to expand our affiliate and partnership programs globally, we are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded, and proactive Junior Affiliate Account Executive to help grow and manage our network of affiliates, content creators, publishers, and strategic partners.
Junior Affiliate Account Executive will play a key role in driving growth through affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and content-driven collaborations.
This role requires someone who is comfortable managing relationships with partners and creators, reviewing content, supporting campaign execution, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. The ideal candidate has experience working with digital products, SaaS, telecom, travel technology, eSIMs, or other technology-focused industries.
Because Sim Local operates globally, strong written and spoken English is essential. The successful candidate will regularly participate in meetings, presentations, and partner communications conducted entirely in English.
· Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and content creators.
· Support partner recruitment efforts and identify new opportunities for growth.
· Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
· Assist in contract management, onboarding, billing, and partner administration.
· Monitor partner performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
· Review and approve partner content to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and campaign requirements are met.
· Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute partnership campaigns.
· Provide content recommendations to partners to improve engagement and conversions.
· Support the development of content strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
· Monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance using relevant tracking platforms.
· Analyze traffic, conversions, revenue, and partner performance.
· Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
· Identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas requiring optimization.
· Support content partnership initiatives with a basic understanding of SEO best practices.
· Review partner content for keyword usage, search intent alignment, and visibility opportunities.
· Conduct basic competitor and content research.
· Assist in identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility through affiliate and content partnerships.
· Develop a strong understanding of Sim Local's eSIM and travel connectivity products.
· Stay informed about industry trends in travel technology, telecommunications, mobile connectivity, and affiliate marketing.
· Confidently communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to partners.
· 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing or Account Management.
· Experience managing relationships with clients, publishers, affiliates, influencers, or strategic partners.
· Experience reviewing digital content and ensuring compliance with campaign requirements.
· Experience working with technology products, telecommunications, travel technology, mobile apps, eSIMs, or similar industries is highly preferred.
· Understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPC, CPL).
· Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or similar.
· Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
· Experience using reporting and analytics tools.
· Familiarity with Klaviyo, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms is a plus.
· English proficiency: C1 or C2 (mandatory).
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Comfortable leading partner calls and participating in meetings conducted entirely in English.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
· Strong commercial mindset and problem-solving skills.
· Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Passion for digital marketing, content, technology, and travel.

· Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and content partners.
· Improve partner engagement and content quality.
· Contribute to affiliate revenue growth.
· Identify new partnership opportunities within the travel and technology sectors.
· Become a trusted point of contact for partners across multiple international markets.
