1. By entering the giveaway (the “Giveaway”) you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The Giveaway is open to residents worldwide, aged 18 and over, except for employees of Big Bus Tours and Sim Local, their families, agencies or anyone else associated

with this Giveaway.

3. To enter the Giveaway you must:

1. Like the post indicated in the caption
2. Tag a friend.

4. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

5. The giveaway starts April 1st and ends on April 10th (2025) at 11:59pm BST. There will be one (1) winner on Instagram.

The Winner of the Giveaway will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

The Winner will be notified via direct message (DM). The Promoters’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The prize consists of:

• Two UK eSIM plans (up to a total value of £100) (Sim Local)
• Two adult passes to the 24-hour Big Bus hop-on, hop-off tours in London (Big Bus Tours).

The tickets need to be redeemed by December 31st 2025. In order for the tickets and plans to be issued, the winner will be required to contact the promoters (social@bigbustours.com or customerqueries@simlocal.com) with the winners’ details and date of their choice. The tickets and eSIM discount codes will then be issued to the winner's email address. Inclusions and availability may vary by date.

7. To claim the Prize, the Winner will be required to contact Sim Local or Big Bus Tours directly via message with the email address to which they would like to receive the prize. If the Prize has not been claimed within 14 days, the promoters reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.

8. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

9. There is no limit to how many people a person can enter. The promoters does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

10. eSIM device compatibility: eSIMs are compatible with a specified range of devices. Customers are encouraged to verify their device's compatibility on our website before making a purchase. For support with activation or usage, contact Sim Local Customer Support.

11. The promoters comply with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. The promotors will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the promoters' privacy policy.

12. By entering the giveaway the Winner agrees to participate in promotional activity and material the promoters may require.

13. The Winner’s first full name will be available for 28 days after winning and can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to ‘April Social giveaway’ at any of the addresses below.

14. The Promoters reserve the right to (i) cancel this giveaway, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
